When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed within 14 days after you have handed over the return package to the shipping service provider.
Please keep your proof of return until you have received your refund.
Do I need to put anything in the package for my refund to be processed?
No, that is not necessary. Our return process is designed so that your refund for the items in your package is processed automatically.
My Locker Gear, Code 22 items are not being delivered?
We do not always have the entire range of Locker Gear and Code 22 brands in stock and therefore order missing items after receiving an order. Therefore, delivery time can be up to 7 working days.
How are partner shop items shipped?
Partner items are sent to you directly by our partners.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to find out the exact delivery date as soon as it has been set by the delivery service.
If you order multiple items from Noodosz and our partners, they will be shipped in separate packages. Please return items you received from a partner shop to the partner shop.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of returning the item to the shipping carrier. Please keep the shipping carrier's return receipt until you have received your refund.
What do I do if an item is defective?
You can return defective items to us free of charge. For this purpose, we will provide you with a DHL return label, which you can easily request by email at info@noodosz.com.
What if I order from a non-European country?
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs or import fees may be due once the shipment has reached your country. These fees are at your expense; we have no influence on these fees and cannot predict their respective amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. If you would like more information, it is best to contact your local customs office.
What can I do if I received an item I did not order?
We are sorry that we sent you an item you did not order. Please return the item free of charge. We will provide you with a DHL return label, which you can easily request by email at info@noodosz.com.
If you still want the original item, simply place a new order. If you have already paid for the item, you will receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the shipping carrier.
Where is my package?
To track the delivery status of your package, simply click on the tracking link you received in your confirmation email after your package was shipped.
What can I do if the tracking link is not yet active?-
Please be patient. The tracking link will only become active once your package has been received by the delivery service.
